Through Report page, you can measure performance of your workspace both in cumulative and based on individual of the agents.

The first graph in Report page is the value of SLA which is calculated according to your previous settings.
Then you can see the graphs on waiting time on queue of unassigned cases and the timing of your first answers.

On the next page, You can see the graphs on the timing of closing of cases.

On the last page, there is a table for an agent-based overall assessment.

By submitting the date range via top menu, you can display all the details you need.

By submitting the date range on Report page, you can get a report on closed cases in between that date range. However, filter system of Inbox and Report pages is a little bit different. While you are working on the filter of received cases in Inbox, you are dealing with closed cases in Report page.
